Refund Policy
01 Digital Goods & Store Products
For SaaS Kits, AI Tool Templates, and UI Components (Digital Goods) purchased on ufai.site, we offer a 14-day refund policy specifically for products that are non-functional or fundamentally misrepresented in their description. As these products involve source code delivery, Usama Jawad will address any technical issues first, or issue a full refund if the product is fundamentally flawed.
02 Custom AI Engineering Services
Refunds for custom AI engineering, Machine Learning, and Full Stack development services provided by Usama Jawad are governed by the contract associated with each project. Initial milestones are non-refundable once work has been completed and approved by the client per the project specifications on ufai.site.
03 Refund Processing
To initiate a refund request, please email hello@ufai.site with your order ID and a clear description of the technical discrepancy. Valid refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days upon review by Usama Jawad.
